Volvic Force of Nature Marathon

My calf muscles was about to cramp at km 10 and 13 but thanks to kind strangers who had muscle spray, I was able to continue. Then I was back to the usual dilemma on how to last the next 10K on cramping legs. Somehow, I did! That’s a reminder of how it is to suffer and yet find the inner strength to gut-it-out and finish. The Future is Bright for Philippine Athletics Team as they brought home 5 gold medals, 7 silver medals and 9 bronze medals at the recently concluded South East Asian Games in Singapore. That’s 8 more medals from the 13 medals it won 2 years ago. It doesn’t stop there as PATAFA aims to send more qualifiers to the 2016 Rio Olympics aside from Eric Cray who already qualified for the event. Do Not Be Afraid of The Dark With Fitletic Headlamps

One of the Newest Products of #Fitletic is their headlamps and I was lucky enough to try The Fitletic Vivid Runners Headlamps. It’s quite a journey with this headlamp as I was able to use it to run Mt. Pulag at the Cordillera Mountain Run while trying to catch the Sun to Rise. I was able to complete the Energizer Night Trail in Singapore and I was able to surpass the night and early morning portion of the trek going to and from Mt. Kinabalu in Malaysia. I’m no longer afraid of the dark as Fitletic can really light up your way even on the darker parts of the road or trails. Continue reading »
