Runners and triathletes always look forward to weekends as it is the time they increase the mileage in their bike and run training or brick training to build their endurance base or it’s the time they take all the preparations they had and enter the race arena. November 5 and 6 is a big weekend for Team Total Fitness as the team took part in back to back runs at Bonifacio Global City and it was also the debut of Team Total Fitness Tri at Anvaya Cove.
