The stakes are high at TRI-Factor Duathlon Championship as it’s also a SEA Games Qualifier.
Duathletes from 6 participating countries and 17 regions stake their claim at the being the top duathletes of the region at the Inaugural TRI-Factor Run Bike Run 2019 at Clark Freeport Zone on March 31, 2019. Aside from regional supremacy, the race will also be a Southeast Asian (SEA) Games Qualifier for Philippine Athletes eyeing spots in representing the country in the Biennial SEA Games Event.
All roads lead to Clark Freeport Zone as delegates from the region will join the inaugural TRI-Factor Run-Bike-Run race. The participants would be racing in different categories including the Standard Distance (10 Km run – 40 Km bike – 5 Km run), Sprint Distance (5 Km run – 20 Km bike – 2.5 Km run) and Super Sprint Distance (2.5 Km run – 10 Km bike – 2.5 Km run). Kit claiming and race briefing will be at Fontana Hotel while the run segments will be held at Clark Parade Grounds while the cycling will take place along Clark Speedway.
Trifactor Asia being present in 7 countries has invited International athletes to compete with the best of the best of the country. Trifactor invited 17 regions across the nation, 6 other SEA counties and SEA Triathlon federation which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Macau.
Triathlon Association of Philippines (TRAP) is the Technical Partner Organizer of this event. Trifactor has been an International Premier Duathlon And Triathlon Organizer in Asia for the past 10 years. The synergy between TRAP and TRI-Factor will definitely help identity grassroots talent as we aspire to grow more our pool of talents on this field of sports.
The race is open for newbies and freshmen with the fresh athletes, sprint category , super sprint category.
