Organique Acai is a success story on its own.  It started as a concept in 2008 by the husband and wife team of Elton and Cathy Salimbangon and has grown to an internationally expanding wellness brand that captivates the heart and tummies of families.  The couple also had their share of work related stress that left them feeling chronologically sluggish and stressed. Elton found a job in an organic juicing manufacturing company in California and discovered the need to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their busy schedule. Cathy was working as a registered nurse, and noticed that they too seemed frustrated with not having the time to take better care of their health. The couple saw an opportunity to create a beverage that would supplement people’s daily health needs without having to sacrifice time or budget. After putting in the research work, they decided to go for it. They started the Organique business in 2010. They started from selling it door to door until it was made available in drugstore and supermarkets.  Organique gained popularity among the hardworking and the health-conscious.

Fast forward to the present, Organique Acai unveiled a freshly minted makeover of its packaging, as well as introducing Super model Tweetie De Leon-Gonzales as its newest celebrity endorser last July 28, 2016 at Makati Shangri-la.  The makeover in packaging was made through  the help of top designers the couple met during the Organic and Natural Health Show in London.  The new label incorporates nature in a simple yet elegant manner giving it a word-wide appeal and premium product line.  Cathy and Elton are planning to take Organique on a road show all across the United States in August, including New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, and California to promote the product and increase distribution.  Organique Acai is not just a drink, it’s a lifestyle.

Simple and elegant, that’s the words to describe Tweetie especially if you’ve been following her career for decades.  She exemplifies the brand’s values and has maintained a healthy lifesyle at the age of 52.  She is a working mother of four who not only built herself a career as a supermodel, but as a businesswoman as well.  I actually followed her career as a supermodel to an actress and to an all around super-mom and entrepreneur rolled into one.
