Diabetes has been prevalent in our country. We are among the top 15 countries in the world where diabetes is rampant. We can #KickDiabetes goodbye with a healthy lifestyle. Sunpiology is back and it’s gonna give you a race route that’s gonna spur a healthy lifestyle, some obstacles that would remind you of the food groups to avoid and a chance to kick diabetes as you finish the race. There’s a golden kilometer for those who are in their 50s and above. There’s a 500 meter dash for kids. There’ll be 3K, 5K and 10K run for all. #Sunpiology2015 is happening on November 28, 2015 at an exciting new location of West McKinley in Fort Bonifacio.
