Under Armour To Hold Regional Test of Will Challenge

Life is not a test of what you can. It’s a test of what you will.  Under Armour is hosting a regional event to test that heart-strong determination in you with a series of circuit challenges. The Philippine Leg of the Under Armour Test of Will 2016 is happening at Bonifacio Global City on April 16 and 17, 2016.Registration is FREE.

With a high-performance product line in Under Armour comes an even better resolve to be better.  This 2016, Under Armour challenges you yet again to just forget the can or cannot question and just say I will.  Under Armour is hosting a regional Test of Will Fitness Challenge and it’s FREE for those who dare to try and be a better version of themselves.   Test of Will 2016 is built around a series of challenges that assesses pure, functional fitness through callisthenic motion using only body weight and simple gear, each Test of Will competitor will have to complete a 4-minute circuit testing his or her balance, speed, agility and power.

The Philippine Leg will be on April 16 and 17, 2016 at Bonifacio Global City and you can join via their http://testofwill.tripleready.com or you could visit the different Under Armour shops in the Philippines.  The Under Armour Test of Will 2016 is a distinctively modern and uniquely urban fitness challenge for the growing community of advanced athletes, high achievers and fitness aspirants across Southeast Asia with a drive for competition.  It’s an elite event that is accessible to everyone with the will to train and is a celebration of human performance, functional fitness and the training lifestyle. Aside from the Philippines, the event will kick of in Singapore and also hold legs in Malaysia and Thailand.

The circuit challenge comprises of four sets of exercises: burpees, squats, dumbbell presses and pull-ups (inclined pull-ups for women). For every exercise, each competitor will have to complete the maximum number of reps they can achieve within 60 seconds. The highest scoring two women and the highest scoring two men of the national heats from each respective country will win a trip to Singapore to compete in the Under Armour Test of Will Grand Final held at Gardens by the Bay on 28 May 2016.

The Grand Final will see contestants battle it out over a series of challenges in a specially built 14-metre Tower. Each level of the Tower will contain a fitness zone with callisthenic exercises that will test mental and physical strength, endurance, determination and will. The highest overall point leader in each category wins.

The overall winner will receive an Under Armour sponsorship package for 12 months. In addition, the winners in the male and female categories will be featured in leading health and fitness magazines Men’s Health Singapore and SHAPE Singapore.

The launch of Test of Will creates a platform that is authentic, resonant and engaging for people who are passionate about fitness.

    That’s really awesome. I think this will be an event that fitness buffs will enjoy. It’s a great opportunity for them as well. Aside from getting a 12 month sponsorship, they will also gain publicity.

    This sounds like it’s going to be really intense and I wouldn’t even make it past 5 minutes in a test of will challenge. They do have something to look forward to when they win though. Good luck to all the entrants.

    That’s intense!!! We have something similar here called the British Military Training. Pushing the limits is the essence of these workouts…
