When it comes to Salomon XTrail Pilipinas Run, it goes beyond just getting your feet dirty.  It’s about challenging the human will as it endures the path of the most resistance.  Salomon XTrail Pilipinas Run returns for its 2017 edition at Subic Bay Freeport Zone on July 23, 2017.

Salomon XTrail Pilipinas 2017

Since I started doing Salomon Xtrail races a few years ago, trail running has been redefined in my books.  I never knew that trail running the Xtrail way can really be so tough.  Yet despite being through the path of most resistance, I was able to go beyond my comfort zone and finish the race (12K in 2014 and 24K in 2015 and 2016) within the cut-off period.  It’s definitely not a walk in the park but I always came out a better person and a finisher. Salomon XTrail Pilipinas 2017 returns to Subic Bay Freeport Zone this year on July 23, 2017, which explores the forested trails, rivers and unlimited challenge on the road to being a finisher. The race has a newbie friendly road to trail 6K and 12 race. It also has a 24K and 32K race that’s been on the runners to do list of passionate, experienced and elite runners.

Salomon X-Trail Run has been held in various premier venues throughout the Philippines; quickly gaining a reputation for being the most-attended trail running event in local trail running history as it managed to gather over 1,000 participants. For its 6th year, the Salomon X-Trail Run endeavors to deliver another exceptional trail running race that will empower its participants to push the boundaries of their capabilities.  It’s a character defining race that will test your mental fortitude, physical strength and endurance.  The Salomon ‘X-Trail’ branding is reputed to be a more technical trail running race, with mixture of different terrain surfaces including dirt, rocks, sand & concrete paths.

Salomon X- Trail Run will be a Green Race. A pioneer advocacy championed by the Salomon X-Trail Run since its first series back in 2010, Salomon’s Green Race Movement will not permit the use of disposables during the event. Participants are then required to bring their own water bottles.  Ongoing until July 15, interested runners may register in-store at Salomon SM Aura, Salomon SM Megamall, Salomon Glorietta 3, Salomon SM North Edsa Annex or online at www.salomonxtrailpilipinas.com.ph. The claiming of the Race Kits will be on July 14-15 for those who registered before July 10, while those who registered on July 10 onwards may claim their kits on July 18 in Salomon stores located at SM Aura, Glorietta 3, SM North Annex, SM Megamall, or it will be delivered to their provided shipping address.
