” #RunHappy that’s how running feels when it grows on us and adopt it as a lifestyle.  Brooks has brought the #RunHappy Experience in the shoes they make and the runs they hold. #BrooksRunHappy returns on it’s 3rd year with a Cross Country Challenge along the scenic trails of Tanay, Rizal that’s gonna have the participants challenged by the distance and obstacles while being awed by the view of nature at its finest.

Brooks Run Happy

Left: Brooks Happy 1 (16K)
Right: Brooks Run Happy 2 (12K)

I’ve been a part of the first 2 Brooks Run Happy events with a 15K Run in May 2011 and 12K Run in June 2012.  I like how Brooks create the #RunHappy environment to make the runners at ease whether they are out there to enjoy the run or to grab a new personal record.  Then, there’s their colorful singlets Brooks Singlet that’s worth collecting.  This was the drawing power of Brooks Run Happy and it’s a breath of fresh air, both literally and figuratively, that the event is coming back this year via a cross country challenge in Tanay, Rizal.  Expect the trails, the trees, the mountain ranges, the waterfalls for your eyes to feast on as you go over the various distance and obstacles.  It won’t be easy but it’s gonna be a #RunHappy Experience.

I’m a fan of the trails and I’m probably using the summer months to join trail events, including this one, to enjoy the slower pace, the refreshing air and views, the different surfaces and challenges and the camaraderie among the participants.  Brooks takes trail running a step further as they’ve lined up some obstacles along the course for a more memorable experience.  The views of Tanay would make this  run feel like a vacation.  It can cater to newbies on trail and can still be appreciated by seasoned ones as Without Limits has made Brooks Run Happy 3 a feel good run with a scenic backdrop and it’s always satisfying crossing the finish lines with both distance and obstacles conquer.  Get ready to #RunHappy on May 11, 2014 as Registration starts on March 20, 2014 at Brooks, Runnr and Toby’s.

Oh how fun!!! I am sure you are getting ready for this big event. It’s summer over here so I have been doing some walking and running but not as good and fun as what you are doing.
